So today I had a great day at work. A cute client invited me over for a video game session. Good tip money,Positive energy and I feel motivated for change.

Realizing there’s positive and negative energy with in friend groups again. I feel like I’ve been really comfortable just hanging at home and not really going out much that i forgot. But when I do hang out with diff friends and they give me advice I remember how i used to think. Sometimes it’s necessary to rotate friend groups. I don’t think friends and loved once try to manipulate people on purpose. If they do it’s mostly because they are insecure. But when you realize it’s happening it’s best to distance your self. The manipulator prob won’t like it but it’s best for both parties.
